Every pair of glasses ordered through our boutique optical has a 90-day adaptation period in which we can make an adjustment: to the frame, the lens design, or the prescription itself. This ensures that your investment in a new pair of glasses is backed by our commitment to your best vision. If at any time during the first few weeks of wearing your new glasses you have any issues, come back in to see us and we will find a solution. Of course, these follow ups are always free, including if the doctor needs to alter your prescription. Most patients pick up their new glasses and are set for a while, until they need a frame adjustment or an updated lens the next year. However, with complicated prescriptions, sometimes an adjustment is required to get the glasses perfect.
