How We Can Help with Broken Glasses

We know that you rely on your glasses, and it can be stressful if they are damaged or broken. Our team can assess the damage to your eyewear and advise on the best course of action. Minor damages like missing screws or nose pads can often be repaired by your optometrist.

Our team can also analyze any cracks in the frame to determine if they are repairable and work to restore your glasses.

Every pair of glasses ordered through our boutique optical has a 90-day adaptation period in which we can make an adjustment to the frame, the lens design, or the prescription itself. This ensures that our commitment to your best vision backs your investment in a new pair of glasses. If, at any time during the first few weeks of wearing your new glasses, you have any issues, come back in to see us, and we will find a solution.

At Coastal Family Eyecare, we provide high-quality lenses and frames, and we will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. That is why we almost exclusively sell lenses and frames with a warranty included, and we work with local labs and frame manufacturers that are committed to excellence.

We’re located on the coast, which means polarized sunglasses are recommended for all of our patients, so we make it easy to have the vision and protection you need. We offer savings to contact lens wearers that make an additional purchase of Plano sunglasses to wear over their contacts.

For those with a prescription, we provide discounts on any additional glasses purchases. This means that you can save on your prescription in clear and polarized. It also means that we provide extra value to parents with children who need glasses for class and protective glasses for sports.

Ordering Contact Lenses

When you order your contact lenses through us, not only are you supporting a local business, but the service you expect from your doctor’s office is transferred to the product that arrives on your doorstep. In our office, we can swap unopened boxes if you have a prescription change, and on the occasion that you receive a defective lens, you will receive a replacement with no hassle.

All annual supplies ship straight to you for free. Plus, when you purchase a full year’s supply, you’ll be eligible for office-only rebates to put money back in your pocket!
